History

Constructed c. 1905 as a corner store and residence, 3901 Magazine Street was acquired by Oxlot Capital in 2025.

In the early 20^th century, the corner unit housed a fancy and variety store, with a separate apartment next door. Eventually the apartment was relocated to the rear and the store was expanded to the full width of the Magazine Street façade.
