History

3905 Magazine was acquired by Oxlot Capital in February 2025 as a package with the two adjacent properties. Built in 1905 as a double-camelback shotgun residence, the building was converted to commercial use in the 1960s-70s. The trend of commercial conversion was common to many other shotgun houses located on Magazine Street during the 1960s-70s.
